Warehouse find!
During our recent warehouse relocation, we uncovered a number of unique items that have not seen the light of day in literally decades!
One such item is this unused print over-run cover for The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #4. We came upon several copies of these, never trimmed, folded, or wrapped around a book. Just some surplus copies thet never made it to the bindery phase of printing.
This cover is printed on heavy paper stock, and is suitable for framing. One significant fact worth noting is that the 4th Edition cover by artist Don Newtonis the first original artwork ever created specifically for The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide. At the Overstreet 45th Anniversary panel at Comic Con International in San Diego in 2015, fan favorite comic book writer Mark Waid identified the 4th Edition cover as his all-time favorite Price Guide cover.
