How To Order

We've tried to make ordering online as easy as possible. Follow the steps below, and you'll be placing orders in no time.

  1. Create Your Account

    First you'll need to create an account. (You wont need an account if you just want to browse our inventory and don't want to buy anything.) The first time you try to access one of our secure pages, such as your shopping cart, you'll be prompted to login to your account or to create your account if you don't have one yet.

    Creating your account is easy. Click on the Your Account link at the top of the page, follow the Create an account link, and enter your name, email address, and a password. At this point, you can also specify your shipping address. If you don't enter it now, you will be prompted for it when you place your first order.

  2. Find and Add Items to Your Cart

    Use the list of categories to the left or the search box above to find items that you'd like to purchase. On each item's detail page, there's a list of related categories and genres that may contain other items you'd find interesting. Click the Add to Cart button on the detail page to add an item to your shopping cart.

  3. Checkout

    When you're ready to purchase the items in your cart, click the Checkout button at the bottom of your shopping cart page. At this point, you should verify your shipping address and make sure your preferred shipping method is selected. Enter your credit card information, billing address, and any special instructions or comments you might have.

    Click the Place Your Order button to place your order. We will send you an email confirmation with the details of your order.

  4. Check Your Order's Status

    You can check the status of your order and at any time by logging into your account (by clicking on the Your Account link at the top of the page). We will send you an email to notify you when your order has been processed and shipped.


We have been experiencing an increasing number of issues with orders being submitted with incorrect Zip Codes. When we go to process these orders, we get a pop-up note from the carrier (either UPS or USPS) warning that the provided Zip Code is either invalid or incorrect for the destination. We can override the notice and use the code you provide, BUT when we do, we generally get a tracking update email informing us that an address correction is needed for delivery, and we get billed by the carrier for address correction after delivery.

We ask that you PLEASE double-check every detail of the address information you provide for accuracy when placing your orders. Going forward, when these situations occur, we will be using the suggested corrections provided by the carriers instead of the info you provide in the event of a disagreement.

Any personal details you submit to us using this web site, including your address and credit card information, are encrypted and kept secure via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. 128-bit SSL is the standard for large-scale online merchants, banks, brokerages, health care organizations, and insurance companies worldwide.

Payment Methods We Accept

Gemstone Publishing accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and now PayPal. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive it for your payment to clear.

A Note About Credit Card Payments

Gemstone Publishing shares a credit card account with several of our sister companies. Do not be alarmed or concerned if your credit card statement shows a charge from Diamond Select Toys. Verify the amount of the charge against the amount on your Gemstone invoice before reporting it as an error to your card provider.
